How to Remove an Idle Control Valve on a Subaru Outback?

Disconnect the cable from the negative battery terminal, depress the retaining tab and disconnect the electrical connector from the Idle Control Valve, remove the Idle Control Valve mounting screws and remove the valve, then installation is the reverse of removal using a new gasket.
