To replace the Sway Bar Link, first loosen the wheel lug nuts, block the rear wheels, raise the front of the vehicle, and place it securely on jackstands. Remove the front wheels, then unbolt the Sway Bar Kit from the links that connect it to the
Control Arms. On late model link designs, insert an Allen wrench in the end of the link's ball stud to hold it while removing the link nut. Remove the
Sway Bar Bushing clamps, then remove the Sway Bar Kit and bushings from the stabilizer. Inspect the bushings and Sway Bar Kit for cracks or deterioration, and replace any parts, as necessary. Installation is the reverse of removal, and the fasteners should be tightened. Install the wheels and lug nuts, lower the vehicle, and tighten the lug nuts.
