    Disconnect the negative battery terminal and remove the air filter housing and inlet tube. Detach the accelerator and cruise control cables from the throttle body, and disconnect the air bypass hose and electrical connectors from the IAC solenoid valve and TP sensor. Mark and remove the coolant hoses, then remove the throttle body and discard the gasket. Clean the gasket surfaces, inspect the bore for deposits, and use a new gasket when reinstalling. Check and refill coolant if needed.
