All models are fitted with an Airbag which is scientifically termed as the Supplemental Restraint System (SRS), to cushion the impact and thus minimize severe injury to the driver and the front seat passenger especially in a head-on/frontal impact. This ensemble is composed of an air bag module set at the middle of the steering wheel as well as, on some models, an additional air bag on the instrument panel located above the glove box.
