    To remove the exterior door handle, work through the access hole on the inside of the door to disengage the actuating rods from the outside door handle and from the key lock cylinder. Detach the outside handle retaining nuts and then remove the handle from the door. Installation is the reverse of removal.

    To remove the interior door handle, raise the window, then remove the door trim panel and watershield. Detach the actuating rods or cables between the inside door handle and the latch assembly. Afterward, remove the door handle retaining screw(s) and pull the handle free from the door to remove it from the vehicle. Installation is the reverse of removal.
