    Install the cylinder head(s). Lubricate the bolt threads and washers with engine oil, then install them hand-tight. Tighten the bolts in the recommended sequence to the torque (Cylinder head bolt tightening sequence). CAUTION: The cylinder head bolt tightening procedure must be followed exactly. Use a torque-angle meter (available at most automotive parts stores) or mark the bolt heads with white paint and tighten the bolts the required angle on the designated steps of the torque sequence.
