Subaru 14411AA710 TURBOCHARGER Assembly

To replace the turbocharger, disconnect the negative battery terminal and remove the engine cover, intercooler, and mounting bracket. Drain the engine coolant and oil, then raise the vehicle on jack stands. Remove the center exhaust pipe and disconnect the turbocharger joint pipe. Disconnect the coolant return hose and the turbocharger from the intake duct. Remove the oil inlet line and coolant hose. Remove the right turbocharger mounting bracket and disconnect the oil outlet hose. Remove the turbocharger. If replacing, install the remaining parts on the new unit, using new sealing washers and gaskets. Reverse the removal process for installation, refill the engine coolant and oil, and check for leaks.
