How to Remove an Intercooler on Subaru Impreza?

Disconnect the battery's negative terminal and remove the engine cover. Detach the air bypass hoses from the intercooler's front metal lines and remove the air bypass valve. Unbolt the intercooler, loosen the hose clamp to the throttle body air intake duct, and disconnect the turbocharger duct. Reinstall in reverse order with a new gasket.
